Cactus Flower is a well established, blossoming business that broadens and grows every day. Jill Shaffer, the founder and owner, has been grooming our brick and mortar store since the 70's. Since a modest start, the store now carries a wide variety of vintage and new, and brands such as Free People, Tulle, Flying Tomato and much more as well as jewelry and accessories.
